Called for fan repair and light repair. Light got fixed. Fan did not. Repairman, Joe, actually asked for the 800 number. Ridiculous «knowledge» of ceiling fans. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Joe dropped a tool and put a chip in my floor! The middle of my living room!!! What do they do? Gave a SMALL discount. I have a huge chip in the middle of my living room now! Even I could have called the 800 number to troubleshoot with the company! Especially if that was the extent of the repairman’s knowledge! He did fix a light, so at least something got done, but I’d go with another company that cares about the quality of service and will tell you to call the 800 number and not waste your money. Also someone that is cautious enough to not drop tools on your floor from a 6 ft tall ladder.

Just an excellent company. I feel bad that I can’t remember the name of the woman I dealt with when first calling. It’s rare to encounter someone so competent right off the bat when you call a service type company these days. Could not recommend these guys higher. BTW mine was just a small residential job (bill under a grand) so don’t hesitate to call if you’re not a large commercial entity. Had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment but worth it to have good work done on something as important as electrical.

I just hired EES to redo my bedroom lighting and electrical. WOW, the owner Jim & his office staff are incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The estimate he gave me was very fair. Joe & Wes, who actually did the work, were professional, polite & efficient. The work was done well, and there was NO sign that they were there. Any mess was cleaned up perfectly. My room is bright & beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you EES!!!

Javier at EES did a fast and efficient job. He hung two light fixtures on a very high ceiling. Way to high for me. Javier handled it like the pro that he is. I recommend EES and Javier for your electrical needs. I will for sure.

It is difficult to describe my satisfaction with EES. Jim, the owner is a great guy, responded immediately to my call, and quickly showed up to get a bid done. In Reno, these can be very rare qualities. His crew that did the work were no less than outstanding. A great bunch of guys who get along well and did a fantastic job on our list of needs. I could not imagine finding a better electrician in this town, and won’t bother trying, as EES will be used on anything we need.

I hired Enhanced Electrical Services to provide electricity to my new swim spa. The owner, Jim was flexible due to the delivery of the spa, and was available when it arrived. The delivery company was not able to put the spa in the yard. Jim went out of his way to not only supply electricity for the spa, but to also install the spa. The company is professional, caring, takes pride in their work and did a great job. I will be using them for all my electrical needs, and highly recommend this company. Thanks again for all you did.

I am very impressed with their level of service and professionalism!
We had an electrical problem that caused a power outage to three of the units in our building. The electrician that we have used in the past could not help and for some reason did not want to give us any referrals (that latter part really annoyed me). That is when I took to Unilocal… I found great reviews for this company, so I called them.
Jim answered the phone. He said that even though he was booked, he would try and get a tech over there in the afternoon. Glen (the tech) showed up at the end of the day. He notified me that the problem was with the meeter side of the line and said I should call NV Energy. He gave me their number before we got off the phone.
In the end all was resolved and the Enhanced Electrical Services has a new satisfied customer!

I had a outdoor electrical problem with a security light not coming on. EES was quick to reply, quick to make an appointment the next day and provided me with outstanding repair service. I would use this service again. I would recommend this company to anyone. GOOD WORK JIM!

Called Enhanced Electrical Service to run a new outdoor power line to our pool pump house. They gave us a very competitive estimate and did wonderful work installing the new line. The job was actually pretty difficult. There is a lot of yard stuff in the way like a sprinkler system, a rock wall and a tree with some nasty roots. They did a great job with running the new line to get around all those obstacles.
The most important part is they did the whole job in a single day, did quality work, did everything we asked plus more, and did not rush it in order to get to some other commercial job like other electricians we have hired.
Also, they are all very nice and polite.

We’re new to Reno, and don’t have a network of trusted professionals yet, but we are trying to build them. Well, we’ve found our electrician for all of our needs here! Jim was polite, helpful and honest about pricing over the phone and got to our place that afternoon. He put up a flat screen t.v. In no time flat, helped us get some stereo equipment above our cabinets (which involved some minor handiwork) and rerouted our Internet cable so the wire didn’t circle around the entire room. All in about two hours! Extremely reasonable pricing for solid work done quickly and efficiently. We can sleep well tonight knowing our tv is off the floor, and those pesky «we’ll do it someday…» tasks are completed. Thank you so much for a job well done.

My husband and I are fairly new to reno, and just bought our home. with the help of Unilocal we found Enhanced Electrical services to do some electrical work. We called them at 8 in the morning, hoping they could find time for us within the week. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and he said he could have someone out that morning. I was so excited that they were available to come within a couple hours of calling. Glen repaired our work and he was so GREAT!!! very personable, and said it would be an easy fix. Honest, fixed within the hour, great price, and I was thrilled. We will definitely use EES in the future!!!

This is a 5-​star review because of the excellent customer service. We hired Enhanced Electrical Services to install a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. The owner Jim gave us a very competitive estimate by phone. He was pleasant and professional throughout. Glen did the balance of the install and was fast, courteous and cleaned up thoroughly after completion.
All the above would earn a 4-​star review.
I give 5-​stars because unforeseen complications caused the job to run longer than the estimated hours (through no fault of the installer, our house is old and there were unexpected challenges). Despite the additional time and effort, they adhered to the original quoted hours. Bravo! That worked for our pocketbook.
