They did restoration work on my condo after a flood. They responded quickly and kept in touch through out the process, and when finished it looked just as I remembered, which was what I requested.
It has now been a year since the flood, and we have an issue with the plumbing (which they did not do) but they still helped me out, found a good plumber to come take a look, and said that if it was an issue with the plumbing from the flood it would be covered (and again I note that they did not do the plumbing).
Also, I called this morning at 8:50am. They had arranged for, and had a plumber call me by 10:00am. Great customer service!

If you want to hire a company that has zero respect for your neighbors this is the company. They will block everyones driveways with multiple trucks. You can really look out your window with pride at your neighbor having to do a 4 point turn just to leave their house. Do they care? Nope because they have a «job» to get done. Asked about the trucks and parking multiple time. Very simple they are a$$holes.
