Still a great place to get some dental work done. Very accommodating and understanding when it comes to cancellations. Dr. Hong’s office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. You can tell that they care very much about their work because the waiting room is kept clean and feels very welcoming. Their records are kept well in order and the receptionist is very tidy. They are professional and courteous. That is really the best way to stay in business and keep clients like me coming back. As a patient I really appreciate that in a business. Certain places you just feel like a number and a pay check for the business. But this place makes you feel value.
Dr. Hong has give me good recommendation for braces and other places for teeth work. She has even given me a good dental office for children as well too. She is very knowledgable about her work and it really shows. When she does her one on one with you to let you know everything about your teeth. I’m bad because I don’t floss enough and they know that haha. I know I should floss everyday. She also gives you a small tooth brush and tooth paste kit to go home with after your visit. I really like that and I usually use the kit for long road trips.
There is plenty of parking and usually not a long wait. Especially if you have an appointment. They are pretty good about getting you in and on time. Because of all the great work they do I will definitely come back. From their receptionist to the assistants and Dr. Hong, they really have a great team.
They are also very accommodating to people with no insurance and can work with them. They don’t make it awkward for people with no insurance. People who have dental insurance are accepted. They will work with you on payments and/​or co-​pays. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for reading my review.
