I was shocked when I called Capriotti’s to inquire about an inhome estimate for a kitchen and bath remodel. I was told, since I lived in Fernley which is 25 miles from Sparks, and I qoute” We have a problem, it’s not my problem, but it’s yours. Are you going to pay for the gas, for my guy to drive out there” All I can say is WOW. I have never been told that by any contractor, especially in a depressed economy where jobs are hard to find. Needless to say, I hung up the phone and called another Contractor.
