I found Branded to be available when others in Reno weren’t responsive. Roxanna was very helpful in getting my designs setup and printed up quickly (2 – 3 day turnaround)! Although there was a minor mistake (nobody’s perfect) on one of the shirts I had screened, Branded did what they could to make it right and that’s what’s most important. Probably not the least expensive place out there and I would like to see them add in-​house embroidery services but definitely will send Branded future biz! Branded cares, so give ‘em a try!

I was looking for a local screen printing shop years ago that was able to print on 2 shirts that I had a bought to wear for a 10k race. My search led me to Branded Screen Printing.
I have seen Branded grow over the years. The first time I did business with Branded, their production was at a residential area. Fast forward to 2015, and they are now in a central location with plenty of sample merchandise to shop through in their Showroom. I am not sure how long they have been in their current location, but one thing I do know, is that every time I come see them, they just seem to keep growing.
The Showroom is great because you are able to physically see the many apparel choices and other merchandise that they offer. The Showroom is clean and organized and is «branded» well with their red and white color scheme.
As a graphic designer, I look for quality. Branded has always delivered on this. I design most of the art work I use which makes the process a lot easier whenever I order shirts or other merchandise from them. I am very specific when it comes to the quality of prints and Branded shares the same passion. If there’s any issues, I can easily talk to them about it and they will fix it, no question asked.
Sara has always been my go-​to person here. I like working with her because she understands the printing process very well and also knows what I like. I have always recommended Branded to friends and family and will continue to do so.

excellent print quality and good customer service. i ordered a batch of 12 single color t-​shirts. while I got them before the event I needed them for, they neglected to call me when it turned out one of the sizes of shirts I ordered was on back order. however, when I called to enquire about my order they immediately remembered my name and order and were able to explain why the order was taking longer than planned. i would definitely work with them again, but would like more progress feedback on my orders in the future.

Five stars for Branded Screen Printing! I’ve worked with them on 3 jobs now, and will continue to use them as my «go-​to» printing source. Their designer is fantastic — super creative and spot-​on with my ideas. Top-​shelf customer service and communication (Sara is great!). Reasonable prices and fast turn-​around. We used Branded for an event we are having on campus, and were extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery time, and the finished product. Adam was super helpful and accommodating. I first contacted Branded on 10÷2÷13 and the 100 t-​shirt order was in my office by 10÷11÷13. That is the best custom order turn around I have ever experienced. You will not be disappointed!

Since they were working out of a garage, they have done multiple jobs for me. Always on time, and always priced fairly. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Branded. And they’re small business here in Reno/Sparks…so supporting them is a no-​brainer. Ben and Sara have defined customer service at a new level.

I have been using these guys for my business shirts/​logo/​hats and Softball team jerseys for a few years now. They have been great to work with and Sara does a great job designing the shirt to fit what you need.
We have had some minor issue with the style of shirts a couple of times, but as soon as I mentioned there was an issues, they fixed them right up with very little to No extra charge. I am a customer service type of guy, and they do an amazing job!

I needed some shirts screen printed and at a cheap cost. I saw a review of them on Google after getting quotes from other places and they were way cheaper. But the quality was fantastic! I know sometimes you get what you pay for but they offer great trusted products from a fine line of apparel companies and did a crisp, clean job printing. They were super nice, super helpful and just great to deal with. Plus, they have a pug and I can’t turn down any company that has a pug! It’s a small family owned business and I highly recommend them and will definitely be placing more orders in the future.
