There’s a lot to like about Basalite. Good product, great people.
But … $ 120 delivery charge for _​one_​pallet of blocks within city limits? And their system for returning pallets is positively medieval. Takes three stops, one to unload the pallet, do a first round of paperwork. Second stop in the office to approve getting the credit. Third stop in a different office to actually run the credit. I could understand some bureaucratic hassle if I was returning say $ 500 worth of pavers … but this is just a pallet worth $ 15. Get with the program people, even the government is more efficient! Or closer to home, a return of actual merchandise at Western Nevada takes half the time. Any why do they only give back $ 13 of the $ 15 pallet deposit? The corporate scrooge attitude gives the lie to the best efforts of the office staff. Sorry!
