History

Established in 2004.

The Arbors is owned and operated by the Stutchman Family. For over 35 years their research, planning and development in senior housing and Alzheimer’s care has produced successful and respected facilities in Northern Nevada. One of the many benefits to being family owned is the flexibility to create personalized programs and solutions for each resident.

Brent and Gina Stutchman grew up in Nevada’s Senior Care industry watching their parents, Tom and Connie Stutchman, design, build and successfully operate a variety of senior housing options ranging from active retirement and assisted living to skilled nursing facilities. The core principles of dignity and respect for those in the late stages of life were instilled in both Brent and Gina at an early age.

The family and the dedicated staff at The Arbors truly enjoy the chance to make life better for our residents and their families.

Business Owner

Brent opened and managed a local active retirement for 12 years. He has a genuine love for the outdoors and a strong belief that every human needs the freedom to enjoy being outside. He has ensured that residents at The Arbors have access to beautiful grounds.

Prior to designing The Arbors, Gina spent 6 years as the Executive Director at an area assisted living. Operationally she believes in building a company around people who are competent and passionate about what they do.

One of the first assisted living memory care providers in Nevada, Gina is a licensed administrator and has served on the board of the Northern Nevada Alzheimer’s Association and the advisory board of Care Chest of Sierra Nevada. She currently serves as Board President for Moments of Memory. Gina has a well rounded view of what it takes to provide true quality.

Gina holds a BS degree in Business Administration from La Sierra University and a Master degree in Marketing from Loma Linda University.
