Got started in NYC at age 14 in the kitchen of Society Caterer Donald Bruce White, chopping everything including fingers. Graduated from NY City Technical School 1979 then Fairleigh Dickinson University for marketing and economics 1983. Chef at Gay Jordan, Bespoke Food, NYC 1979 to 1984
Went on a European food and wine expedition to find my cooking Mojo (YEAH RIGHT) I went to party and meet chicks. Chef at Glorious Food NYC and Washington, D.C. Where I cooked Ronal Regan’s Inaugural Luncheons. Opened Glorious Café, Café Med, Cities, Williams and Pizza –a-gogo to critical acclaim in Washington, D.C. 1985 to 1991. Opened Gourmet Gazelle in NYC, a spa cuisine to go carryout 1992. Returned as Executive Chef at Gay Jordan, Bespoke Food NYC 1993 to 1997.
Became Brown Bag, Fabulous Food Executive Chef in Armonk, NY Catering to cognoscenti and jet setters of Westchesta. Opened The Grape D’vine 2002 until today, One of only 5 wine only stores in NY State. DVine bar opened in the September ’14
