Woofers Grooming & Goodies

I have been going to Woofers to have my dogs groomed for about a year now. I have 3 large dogs (2 Golden’s & 1 Akita), each with very different personalities. The price is equivalent to chain store groomers, but the personalization you get from the owner & staff at Woofers is beyond compare. They have never pushed any specific product; however when I did have questions, the items they suggested were top notch. My Akita was having skin issues & by changing the dog food to one they suggested, it not only cleared up but he also has more energy & has become the playful pup I haven’t seen in years (he’s 10 years old). I suggest Woofers to anyone. The staff has proven time & time again that they have my dogs best interest in mind.

I found this place while living in Spanaway but continue to take my two pups here since moving to Chehalis. Its completely worth the trek! Our oldest is very enthusiastic about life, her excitement is difficult to contain. Every groomer we have had at Woofers has been patient and kind to her. She always trots towards me so happy and proud after her grooms. Even when we do a more complex cut (not the summer shave down) she always gets a good cut. Each groomer is different; some leave her ears longer, some her tail but if you mention your preferences they’ll always trim to what you want. The owners are wonderful! You can tell they believe pets are family. Its a different feel and experience than walking into a national chain store, I’ll definitely continue to take our pets here!

They did a great job on our husky pup! Only reason for 4 stars is pricing. Overall we had a good experience!

Just picked up my dogs yesterday; very satisfied. Great job, great price. Very detailed in their grooming. Highly recommended.

We have been going here for years and loved the service but we just recently took 2 of our dogs here and they got sick we took them to the vets got put on meds since we thought they were poisoned unrelated to woofers and when they didn’t get better took them back to the vet to find out they had kennel cough we contacted woofers and told them and they said they have been contacted already by 4 people and they couldn’t even reach out to us to let us know that our dogs could possibly be sick so now we have 2 vet bills that could have been less if we knew what they had before going to a vet they didn’t offer to fix this problem so we will no longer be going here and I believe they are under new management as well which can explain why this happened and we will take our business else where

He’s 70 lbs and this is the first time he came out of the salon calm. No funny looking snarl, no lunging towards me as if he was violated. A calm collected large puppy. The reason why they’re getting three stars though is because it cost 55 dollars. Most places charge 30 – 35. The hair on the back of his legs were still tangled but he could have given a hard time. The other reason is because there were two other dogs that were sadly shaven. Recommending lowering the prices, just a tad and giving reason to why other dogs had recieved odd cuts.

I love Woofers. While I’ve never used their grooming services, I buy all my dog’s food, treats, and clothing there. I do get their nails trimmed also. I’d rather give my business to a small, family

I love this place! I have a terrier I bring here to get groomed. She is never clean when I bring her in but she looks like a new dog when she comes out. I like the fact that it’s family run. The store isn’t huge like some other pet stores. On that same note it isn’t small either. They have everything you need for your dogs. I always spend way more than I planned on. Not because there prices are high, they have good prices. I just can’t pass up the good deals. I like the doggy zip lock bag station. Where you feel up bags with a assortment of different treats for different prices. I don’t generally care where I get all the stuff for my dogs but I do now. Give this store a try. Treats to grooming this place is great.
