Asaka Karate School is a Japanese Traditional Karate Do school, located in Southwest Ranches, Florida. We push each student to be their best through supportive coaching and the discipline of Karate.

We teach original Shito Ryu style in direct lineage of our founder Master Kenwa Mabuni, and are members of the World Shito Ryu Karate Do Federation under the direction of Soke Kenei Mabuni. Our Dojo is certified by Kyoshi Shoko Sato 8^th Dan Pan-​American Chief Director.

Classes at Asaka Karate School are for all ages. We have developed several national and international champions, through our excellent coaching and training system. Our students learn traditional Karate Do and the sport of Karate Do under the World Karate Federation rules. Everyone on staff takes a genuine interest in each student, which allows them personal training and a path to success. Asaka Karate School has been serving Southwest Ranches since 2004. Our mission is to provide quality Karate instruction in a safe and friendly environment. With over 11 years of success, we look forward to adding you to our long history of happy members.

Luis S.

Business Owner

Sensei Luis Sanchez has been practicing and teaching martial arts for many years. Some of his creds include being a 5^th Degree Black Belt of the WSKF, studing Karate in Japan in The headquarters of WSKF (World Shito Kai Federation), WSKF World Champion and WSKF Pan-​American Champion. Luis has over 20 years of experience teaching Karate, and even studied in Asaka Japan for 2 years. He hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll join the martial arts community at Asaka Karate School.
