optimum health. With knowledge of healing methods from around the world, we listen to you first, then tune into what your body needs most, and what it will take to feel energized and healthy long after you leave.

The center includes a team of doctors and therapists with many ears of training and experience in Eastern and Western medicines. Our holistic approach draws from nutrition, acupuncture, massage, yoga, reflexology, qigong and meditation in order to provide individual choices on maintaining personal optimum health.

Business Owner

Sabita started Sabita Holistic Center 10 years ago with a strong desire to belong to a group of ethic driven professionals that chose to combine the best of both Eastern and Western Medicine and the quality of individual care.

She brings over 10 years of experience to the practice as a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Counselor. She provides specific treatments and self-​care techniques depending on your needs.

Sabita uses techniques derived from both eastern and western disciplines including Shiatsu, Myotherapy, Trigger Point, and Passive Stretching. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, and Cancer Massage from Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.
