Joseph Fischetti is a New York State licensed Professional Engineer, a Board Certified Structural Engineer, and a Board Certified Building Inspection Engineer. He has been involved in all phases of construction and design of commercial and residential buildings for over 30 years. This experience base is used during the pre-purchase home inspections and building inspections. Mr. Fischetti is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the National Association of Home Builders and has won several awards for his work with the community.
