Crystal is the best! She always puts the individual needs of her clients before herself. She is very professional and extremely clean. I use a variety of her services including eyelash extensions, body wraps, waxing and now vajazzling! I was really nervous to get waxed for the first time ever-​but of course, Crystal took care of me, before and after always making sure I was 100% comfortable! When I walk out of her suite, I always feel 100% more confident then when I walked in. I am so glad I have found her and I will be a long time client! Give her a chance and you will not be disappointed!!!

I love this place and have recommended it to several friends. I have had permanent make up, facials, weight loss wrap, and now hair removal. Crystal is a great person and makes you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Zanna Grace !!!

I love Zanna Grace! I have been receiving various services for a while now. Waxing, facials, teeth whitening, hair reduction treatments and others. She has always been a professional. On time, courteous, knowledgable and dependable. She offers so many services and I can’t wait to have more things done. I have visited many other skin care *professionals* and none have had the level of integrity that Zanna Grace has. I highly recommend scheduling with her. You will not be disappointed!

I do not love Zanna Grace Skincare. I wanted to have permanent male up for my lips. I was told this a two part service. Crystal told me she would do 60% of the makeup on the first visit and finish it on the second visit. Two days after the first visit all the color faded from my lips. Crystal could not give a good reason why the color faded, she just said something to the effect of I can’t over work your lips. When I asked what she meant by that, she didn’t tell me. 6 weeks later, after the first appt. I was at the dentist getting a dental block, per her request, when she started texting me, asking how long I will be at the dentist and wanting me to call her, and I kept telling her I could not talk, I have dentist hands in my mouth. After several text messages back and forth with her, I text to her that I was getting the series of shots for the dental block. It was at that time she text me and said we «might» have to reschedule because I was running late. I got to her office and that was when she told me she was not going to finish the job because I was 30 minutes late. I was upset that she spent all that time texting me, but didn’t tell me she was not going to do the service until after I got and paid for the dental block. I left her suite very upset and she seemed happy. After about 20 – 30 minutes after I left I text Crystal for her next available appt so I can reschedule the dentist. She text back that she was at lunch and will set an appt when she gets done with lunch. I never heard back from her again until a month later. During that month I kept calling, emailing and texting but got no response. When I did finally get a response it was very unprofessional and threatening. And she made very clear she was not going to do the service and she was going to keep all the money I paid her, because I was «rude» to her. By the way, her web site says she takes credit cards but after my first appt, when my lips were swollen and she had smeared Vaseline all over my face, she told me I have to go next door to Kroger and get cash to pay her. I paid $ 400 cash for the whole service, both appointments. This is where it gets into the «he said/​she said» part. She says I was rude, I say she was rude. Bottom line, it still comes to I paid for a service that, for what ever reason, she was not going to do and she was not going to give a partial refund. So if you take the whole «he said/​she said» out of the equation she still took my money and didn’t fulfill her end of the bargain. I have heard from others who know her professionally that is how she is, she doesn’t do anything if it does not benefit her in some way. Just a heads up. I’m sure she can’t treat everyone like that or she would not have a business. As long as her clients know she is always right they will be OK. The whole idea of the customer is always right, or customer satisfaction does not have any place with Crystal. :(
