Squeaky Clean Windows

I had a great experience with Squeaky Clean Windows today and wanted to pass on a review. Chuck Davis came out for my quote and he was extremely friendly and professional. He came back with a very competitive estimate. Chuck kept me posted on the status of the arrival of the the man cleaning my windows today which was very helpful. Clinton was the one that did our windows. He showed up in a good mood, friendly, professional and ready to work. He did an amazing job on our windows! It was refreshing to have someone do such a good and efficient job, as well as, be so kind while in our home! I would highly recommend Squeaky Clean Windows!

Sent a request for a quote on their website. About 15 minutes later they show up at the house and begin asking my wife if they can come in and/​or walk around the house. Thankfully I was home. I said, «I expected you to call and make an appointment, not just show up.» He says, «ok, when do you want an appointment?» I said, «I’ll call you.» And shut the door.
I appreciate the quick response, but at least call first. I don’t like people just stopping by the house in the middle of the day harassing my wife. What if we were both at work? Extremely unprofessional and w little creepy. Will not do business with this company.

The only reason they get one star is because I can’t give a zero. Price was reasonable but that’s probably because they measured wrong, brought the wrong window and refused to follow up or call with any updates on the new installation date. I had to call every day asking for help. They obviously don’t need new or repeat customers. Worst company I’ve dealt with by far. I’ll never use again.

First of all, my wife called this guy for a quote. Chuck said we would get back with her the next day. She called him several days later after he never called back. He said he did come out to look a the house and here is your estimate.
My wife then set an appointment with Chuck on a Saturday at noon. After 1.5 hours of waiting, we tried to call him several times. No answer.
This guy/​company is a flake. DON’T ATTEMPT TO USE HIM!

Sonia and Juan did a great job. Did not miss anything! My windows are sparkling inside and outside. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Super easy to work with ! Very accomodating! Used their service last year and having them back to clean my windows inside and out again this year.

This job ended up okay, but I had to check every single window in the house. A couple of them had been skipped, most of the window tracks were halfway cleaned so needed to be re-​cleaned, and I’m still not sure that the screens were all cleaned and brushed – although I was assured they were.
I’ll admit my windows were pretty nasty, but that’s why I pay someone to come clean them. The windows themselves look great now, but the tracks and frames was what needed the most TLC on mine, and they’re still only so-​so. There are little mud puddles on the outside window sills from the dirt/​soap/​water runoff from the cleaning. It’s little things like that I suppose they don’t have to clean up after themselves, but it’s a small detail that could have made a big difference. Now I’m going to have to go out and wipe them all down myself.
I also got a so-​so crew. Neither of the guys was very thorough, so I had to point out all the things that still needed to be done. That’s always awkward when a service provider is in your home. One of the guys was really nice and was quick to address any problems I pointed out. The other guy sat in the truck and looked like the only thing he wanted to do was leave my house as quickly as possible.
Eventually I threw in the towel, paid them, and sent them on their way with the job done about 90% of the level I expected. It’s that remaining 10% that will cause me to call another company next time I need my windows cleaned.

Had my windows cleaned today by Squeaky Clean. Chuck had given me a quote a while back but I got sidetracked and never had it done. He called this week, said they were really slow and offered me a $ 50 discount.
Sure, it might have been better for me to wait and do it in the Spring but they were really dirty and needed it. They came this morning and spent three hours cleaning all my windows inside and out. They look really good. They brush down your screens and clean the bottom part on the inside that collects through the screen.
Next time I’ll power wash the outside of my house and overhangs before they come because my dirty house doesn’t match my windows :(.
They said they use a wax-​based cleaner that will resist spots on the windows when it rains (like it’s suppose to the next two days) but they have a 3-​day rain gte if they get messed up they will come back and re-​wash the outside of the messed up windows. The two guys that worked on my house were quiet and polite and professional.
I’d recommend. Being this clean is something I could get addicted to!
