Called to get a quote on a torsion spring replacement (mine broke), and they were able to send a technician out within an hour on a Saturday. Joshua (the technician) was very professional and knowledgeable on everything about garage doors. My door needed extra maintenance since it hasn’t been touched since it was installed in 2003. There was no pressure to upgrade any of the products and he gave a quote on their system (an Ipad) immediately. I also needed to have rollers and drums replaced but I could only afford the rollers at this time. He was completely fine with that and showed my why everything needed to be replaced (cracks, missing components, etc.). He did not have to go back to the shop to get anything, once I signed the agreements he went to his truck and within 30 minutes he was done. Overall I will not call any other company to work on my garage door. I recommend if you need anything done to call Precision Doors. Also they accepted debit, cash, or check so you don’t have to worry about getting cash before they get to the job.

If I could give a quarter star I would. I’ve used them in the past and had great service however this time was worse than the cable company. I had a garage door opener on one door break and the other garage door the cables broke. We called early Saturday morning at 9:00am and where told it would be between 1&4. At 4:15 I called to see where they where at and Was told my time was moved to between 6&10 and someone was supposed to call but guess what nobody did. At 740 Michael the tech called and said he had been two other orders that where put in front of mine and he didn’t know how to install a Genie garage door opener and tried to sell me one of there’s. At 10:30 I called Michael to see if he was close and he said he had been working since 6am and wasn’t going to make it tonight.

Precision is outstanding! Eric came to our house and quickly fixed our broken driveway gate. He was efficient, friendly, and professional. We’ll be using Precision in the future.
