Just like the other reviews i arrived early but had to wait an hour just to get into the patient room. Receptionist was rude but the nurses were friendly and accommodating. Dr Perkins was friendly and spent ample time with me.

Apparently, their inability to see you promptly is the norm at this office. Arrived 5 minutes early only to be told they were running an hour behind! When I asked why someone hadn’t called me to let me know that given the fact that I left work early, I was told by the receptionist that someone should have but that it wasn’t her fault because she had just gotten there. She basically made it clear that she couldn’t care less that I was inconvenienced. Essentially, I could either wait or leave. It clearly made no difference to her either way.

Came for my new patient appointment. I was early and ended up waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment. I asked if this was normal and the response I got was«yes». I was then told it would be an additional 30 minutes before being seen by the doctor. No one gave me a heads up on the multiple calls ahead of the appointment or when I checked in that this would be the case. Completely unacceptable. Do not go to this facility.

I called to make an appointment multiple times and since I was a «new patient,» I had to speak with the new patient scheduler to make an appointment. Every time I called, I was transferred to a voicemail box. I have never called a doctor’s office and had to leave a voicemail to make an appointment. After a week of calling, on October 28th, I reluctantly left a voicemail for Shannon(new patient scheduler). After not hearing back, I called again on November 3rd and was going to be pushed to the voicemail box again. I asked the person on the phone what was the average turnaround time and she told me same day. Well apparently not in my case! After breaking the rules, and making an appointment with the person who answers the phone, I finally got an appointment. I get a phone call on Friday for a Monday appointment stating my 8:30AM appointment would be rescheduled since the doctor wasn’t coming in until later. They just now found out the doctor wasn’t working until 9AM? Very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. I sure hope they do not treat all of their patient’s this way.

Everything was great. Dr. Perkins really pays attention and takes time with you. Very prompt too. Should have done it earlier.

I went and saw this Doctor, Dr. Raymond Perkins, and he was the most cold hearted, unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen in my life. I still wonder if he received his degrees in a cracker jack box. I have never been more insulted by anyone like this ever. He continually asked me if I was listening to him and insulted my intellect when it came to talking about my OCD and did not agree with what my other Doctor had said about the amount of sleep you are suppose to get with OCD. He went on, and on, and on about his board certified degrees and how much education he has received and talked to me like I was a child and ignorant. In which he has no education or degrees in mental health studies. When he was the one belittling me. He then said, «Are you listening?» in which he said three times. I said are you attacking me verbally and he said calm down in a condescending tone, which showed his cocky, chauvinistic mannerisms. I would never recommend him to any new patients for he has no sympathy and heart for anyone, especially me. I had the feeling he didn’t have a soul and he didn’t care for women very much. I think he needs to take a class in communications because he lacks knowledge on how to converse with patients. And here I was just trying to get help, and I get a handful of nonsense that didn’t even needed to be brought up.
