I bought my master bedroom set 2 years ago and my office set a year ago. Just love them both. I ran them thru the gauntlet with my boys and they still look amazing. Wanted to make sure that initial 5 star rating was still a 5 star experience. We had one minor repair needed upon delivery and the store handled it promptly with top notch customer service. This is my go to store for all my main furniture needs. Ryan your advice was spot on. Thanks.

Susan kept in contact with us concerning delivery of our order and made sure that the delivery was complete and on time. She was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The delivery crew set up the bedroom suite and even helped me to decide how and where to position the furniture. They were very professional. We purchased a living room rug from here and couldn’t be happier with it or our sale associate, Ryan. Although about two weeks after we had it delivered, we found the exact same rug at Haverty’s. It was a little more than $ 400 cheaper than Bassett. We called Bassett and asked if they had some sort of «Good faith» price matching and they said no. Disappointing. Buyers, be sure and do your homework.
