I am very happy to update my previous review of Mad Hatter. After reviewing my complaints Jeff from Mad Hatter offered to make good for one of the vehicles. He might have done the same for the other but it was already junked. This was what I had come to expect from Mad Hatter. The young man who owned the car is now happy to have a vehicle that appears to be reliable and he is not afraid that he would be stuck on the road or unable to commute to and from work.
Thanks Jeff at Mad Hatter for stepping up and resolving this problem. You have revived my confidence in you and your company. Kudos.
