Recently, I attended a Function at the Aqua Turf in our town and conversed with a couple discussing the Red Sox and The Yankees, when we were heading back to sit down to dinner, I shook both their hands and introduced myself as Billy Carlson,

The Lady froze and looked me in the Eye and said,“I’ve heard nothing but great things about you and how you treat your customers with old fashioned Personal Service“
