Total Runner

My wife and I stopped into Total Runner last Saturday, March 26. After buying running shoes at big box sporting goods stores for the last 10 years I decided that it was time to get properly fitted and spend a few bucks more for a quality running shoe. We were immediately greeted by Audrey and I shared my shoe needs with her. She was very patient and spent the next 20 minutes with me as she measured my feet and brought out several different brands of running shoes until I had the perfect pair.
It was a busy Saturday morning but not once did she rush me or make me feel as though I was taking too long. Instead, her focus was on helping me find the right shoes. For the first time in 10 years I now have a pair of running shoes that fit my feet perfectly.
Also, my wife is on her feet all day working as an R.N. and has struggled to find shoes that make the day more bearable. However, she actually ended up buying a new pair of shoes as well based on Audrey’s suggestions. She loves her new shows!

Great store! Really knows everything about what type of shoe would be best for you. Went in with my father today… the employees were incredibly helpful and chatty! Brought us each 3 pairs of shoes and sat with us the entire time to ensure we got the best shoes for our preference. Would really suggest all runners to support this local business!

My orthopedic doc sent me here to buy a shoe insole. I brought one home and walked on it for a week and was convinced this did the trick to cure my aching feet. They manufacture their own orthotic. Previously I purchased a Spenco orthotic, but the Total Runner brand is much better. Don’t even think of using a drugstore brand. My husband had his made by his podiatrist for $ 300 and the Total Runner orthotic looks and feels identical, for ¹⁄₁₀^th of the price. I’m buying several more, I change shoes often so I won’t have to switch them every time. I hope they keep making this product. No other brand compares.

I am a BIG dude. To call me a Clydesdale is a slight on those beautiful creatures. I could EAT a Kenyan distance runner for a snack.
The staff at Total Runner has ALWAYS went above and beyond in their knowledge and willingness to troubleshoot any leg issues I might be having. They help me find the perfect shoe for a fat guy trying to get in shape.

I am pretty new to running, never did it seriously before now. I started running a few miles a couple times a week for fitness and noticed I was continually getting bad shin splints. I went to total runner for advice and the guy was super knowledgeable. He was able to tell a lot about my pain by looking at the running shoes I was wearing vs. what I should be wearing and helped me understand what the problem was. The staff was friendly and very helpful, taking personal time with each customer. A great local business with options for runners of all levels!

Awesome store. It is the only place I will go for running shoes. The guys here know everything about running and what shoe works for your foot, just by looking at the way you stand, and measuring your feet. They bring out shoes that will work for you and support your feet perfectly. Prices are slightly higher than you would find online, but it is worth the price to get the help from the guys here. Great store and super helpful, smart staff. Everyone should buy their shoes here.
