Fountain Park Apartments-South

The rent may be cheaper than other places, you get what you pay for, good luck getting problems solved, sure they r nice to you to get you to lease… but problem solving is a Big problem for them. And… if you speak your mind to them or to maintenance. well let’s say, they can choose to not let you renew your lease if you choose to if they don’t like you just for that reason! Whatever, I was a good resident but had to argue with them to get an important issue resolved in my apt… took them 3 months to figure it out. omg! Happy to get out of here! If I could give them a no star rating I would, but it won’t let you. Looks nice on the outside, I’d suggest to just keep driving past here and find somewhere else!

I heard some negative things from nay Sayers, but I must say, I really like this place! It’s clean, the women in the front office are friendly, and my family that stays there has no complaints and only good things to say! I would have to agree with them, two thumbs up!
