Description

Specialties

We help business owners and homeowners who are frustrated with a project. It could be a permit issue; or they’re upset about a structural matter, an awkward layout or new construction. If this sounds like you, or someone that you care about, please, call me.

History

Established in 1988.

Before becoming professionally registered, I had spent many years as a carpenter, builder and sculptor. My projects range from waterfront homes and stream bank restorations to restaurants, schools, factories and offices. But my intent was always the cultivation of a beautiful line in life, whether in a landscape, a building or an important relationship.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim N.

Business Owner

As a child on a wooded farm in Virginia, I spent days climbing trees and fashioning hollows in the earth. Even today the scent of moist earth and wet leaves rekindles fond memories. Cultivating the environment matured into a passion for architecture… growing with it. And that remains my intent.

I worked for a home builder in Connecticut and in 1967, entered Princeton University to study architecture. During summers I learned from master carpenters in Alaska. I still study and write on art and design. For example, a recent lecture compared the work of Frank Gehry to that of Frank Lloyd Wright to probe the character of postmodernism.
