This is not a company you want to do business with. I rented an apartment from them at Tuscan Manor in Belleville some years ago. I don’t know if they still manage that property. I had a dispute with them not fixing the A/​C. I moved out shortly afterwards, and they claimed I never gave them notice. They took me to court, but dropped the charges at the court house. Then they tried to collect court costs and attorney’s fees from me, and threatened me with collections. I had to get my lawyer involved again, and they finally backed off. If you’re looking to rent an apartment, stay away from anyplace that Scott Management manages.
