Established in 2008.

After spending many years with a large firm, I decided to open my own firm so that I could better represent clients in a more personal way. I am now representing clients in all types of personal injury claims including car accidents /​crashes, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, dog bites, construction site accidents, wrongful death and insurance claims.

Todd has been practicing trial law since 1994 and has earned numerous distinctions over the years including being named a Super Lawyer, a Top 100 Trial Lawyer from the National Trial Lawyers and received the highest peer review rating possible for both legal ability and ethics from Martindale Hubbell. He has over $ 50 million in personal injury settlements and verdicts and has tried cases in most of the counties in the state. He is on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Association for Justice and was recently admitted to the State Bar of New York. He has been a legal commentator on several radio stations including 97.1 fm, 1310 am and 760 News/​Talk WJR.
