History

Established in 1967.

Founded by John J. DiPietro in 1967 (father). To sell, service and install residential and commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration systems in all of Oakland county and part of Genesee, Lapeer, Macomb, Wayne and Livingston counties. In 1976 John C. DiPietro (son) joined the company to further increase sales in the heating and cooling systems serviced and installed. In 1980 Greg DiPietro (son) joined the company to run the office and increase sales in the commercial side of the business.
