Velo Smart Performance Lab and Greg helped me out with a bike fitting. After road riding for a few years, I found discomfort going on 40 – 60 mile road bike rides and wanted a better fit for comfort. Greg identified a few things that were set up incorrectly, such as my stem in a race position vs. a more comfort position. We also realized my old saddle was gone and I need a new one. After his fitting, about 90% of my little aches and pain on longer rides went away. This allow less fatigue on those longer rides.
