Best detail I have ever had, hands down. Justin is VERY professional and was ahead of schedule for my job. The work is top notch and the attention to detail is superb. I was very impressed by his deep knowledge and experience as well as his honesty and the refreshing lack of any up-​selling his services. He discussed his hiring process as well and it was nice to hear that he trains his staff from the ground up, and stresses customer service and pride in the work being done. I was VERY happy with the basic detail and will be going back soon for the paint correction service to repair some of the swirls in my black paint (always a problem with a black car!) and will continue to use them for my upkeep and future detailing. Top notch!

J’s Detailing service is exceptional. Justin comes to my house, or to my mechanic if I want the car cleaned when I leave it for repair, or wherever. He has everything he needs for a total Eco-​friendly job right on his truck. He is an entrepreneurial young man who has invested in his detailing business in a serious way. He cares a lot about customer satisfaction. One time he finished after dark and called the next day to make sure he had cleaned the windows perfectly, offering to come back if they weren’t (they were). My fourteen yr old Lexus looks spanking new and there’s no sign of my smelly dogs when he’s done. And he has flexible hrs. Yes, it costs more than a drive-​through, but I am willing to pay for a high quality product and high quality service. 5 stars for J’ s detailing!

Having a large sprinter van it is very hard to find a good detailer who is willing to clean it the way I want it done. Justin got back to me very quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and came the very next day to get the job done. He and his crew came to our house and did the most fantastic job on our van! He far outdid my expectations. He will be coming back monthly to keep the car looking so great!
