i had an identical experience as Megan C. Dr. Latch used the «possible bad batch» defense… that is if I didn’t get the proper result. And I got no results!
I had Botox many times. Within a few days you can feel the tensing of the forehead… that’s how you know it’s working… no such thing with Dr. Lach’s «bad batch»!
I bought 20 units on Groupon for $ 180.
I am actually willing to write it off rather than go back.

Very disappointed in Dr. Lach. He told me before the Botox injection, that this maybe «a bad batch.» If it doesn’t work, come back. We will redo. However, don’t call me before you give it a chance to work for 2 weeks. Waited two weeks. It did not work at all. I left several voice messages for him to call me back. Nothing. I kept calling them. Never returned my call. As if I did not exist.
I was ready to buy other procedures from them. Not happening. I see them still advertising. A word of advice: Try to keep the patients you already have Dr!
I will never go back. Trying to find someone new. Don’t waste your money and patience for NO RESULTS.

Dr Lach is excellent at what he does and takes all the time necessary to explain the procedure and make his patients comfortable. I have a very challenging schedule and Dr Lach always makes time to schedule an appointment when it’s most convenient for me-​even sometimes at the last minute. You don’t find that type of service with most doctors.

I have visited Dr. Lach now three times. First for Botox which was the best Botox experience I’ve had and more recently for a mole removal in a very difficult spot. Everytime I was treated well and have only positive things to say about the experience. I chose Dr. Lach because of his great reputation.

Went for laser hair removal. They ruined my tattoo. Never the same person. Hair grew almost all back with in a year. Will never go back. Would not recommend.

so far so good, got deal from groupon, vein treatment. Keyla the esthetician is very professional and knows what she is doing.
Whole facility looks fab and clean. i would definitely go there to do other procedures.

So I noticed that my Jaw kept getting bigger and bigger… and not in a good Superman Way. More like a bad Mitt Romney way (ewwwwww!) So I go to see my PCP.
PCP: You have swollen Masseter muscles.
ME: What’s causing it?
PCP: In most people: teeth grinding… in your case: Binge eating at Unilocal Elite events. Really you should leave more of the free food for the other people.
ME: How do I fix it?
PCP: Well… you could have surgery to remove some of the muscles.
ME: How can I fix it with out a lot of blood?
PCP: Well… Botox works.
ME: Botox you say?! Excellent! I know just the place to have it done!
PCP: Really? Because you have not paid attention to a damn thing I have said in the last 20 years!
Botox = Return to Dr Elliot Lach and A Beautiful You… or in this case A Beautiful ME!
First piece of good news: My Insurance Covered it~!! (after my HMO made Dr Elliot Lach’s brilliant assistants Gail and Sue jump threw a Million Dr. Evil HMO hoops ofcourse… one star review for the HMO coming up soon)
Second piece of good news: The shots were as painless as could be (unlike the trips to my dentist who learned everything he knows from this guy
)
Third piece of Good news: The whole procedure took about 10 minutes. Very quick and efficient. Meaning– short time away from work and life… unlike surgury!
Fourth Piece of Good news: I noticed an immediate HUGE difference. My jaw is now a full two sizes smaller. It went from Full on Mitt Romney down back to Barak Obama size.
So if you have a growing jaw as you get older: DON’T BECOME MITT ROMNEY!!! (Even Republicans don’t talk to him anymore) Instead: come and see Dr Elliot Lach and A Beautiful You. Your Jaw will get smaller, your HMO will get poorer and you will get to binge eat with out guilt (not that I ever really feel guilt) So a Win-​Win For everybody! (that’s like a DEFINITION of 5 stars)

The staff are very friendly and professional. I am having laser hair removal and I have nothing but good to say :) The décor is very nice and everyone is friendly. I would recommend for laser hair removal which I just did last week :)

This place is a gem. It is a beautiful inside with an upscale day spa like feel. Carlene makes you feel comfortable right away and is very flexible and accommodating with appointments. I have had excellent results and would definitely come back for future services.

I had purchased a living social package deal for laser hair removal and can’t say enough about this place! I just finished my 4^th final treatment. Not only did I have spectacular results, but the facility is very clean, welcoming, and new, and the staff were tremendous. They stayed open late multiple times so I could get evening (6pm) appointments after work, and were very kind and conscientious that this may be a scary experience for some people. Carlene was by far and away the most professional and kind person I could have asked for to do my treatments. Thank you again and HIGHLY recommended!

For the past 10 years I’ve had severe chaffing from genetic pockets of fat in my thighs. I had contemplated having liposuction to solve this problem but never thought of myself as someone who would «go under the knife». After consulting Dr. Lach, he made me feel so incredibly comfortable with the procedure and we concluded that this would potentially solve the problem that I had been having.
On the day of the surgery, Dr. Lach and his staff were absolutely wonderful. I am the kind of patient that wants to know EXACTLY what they are doing every step of the way. With care and patience, he explained each detail as they went along.
During my home recovery, I received multiple follow up phone calls from Dr. Lach. The attention to my recovery went beyond the confines of his office, but into my home. This staff really cares about the work that they do and the recovery and results that their patients receive. I will tell you that my intention was not to look like a model, but rather get a pair of «regular» legs that wouldn’t cause me any pain.
This summer I am going to hike the Inca Trail in Peru, and without the success of my procedure there is no way that I could do this comfortably!
