I enjoy going into any Harley shop and this one is no exception. Every time I am there they are very nice and don’t hound on me continuously while I am looking around. On one occasion, after talking to a saleswoman for a few minutes, she took my wife and I into the back to get a look at a veteran themed bike after finding out I was career Army. It was a great bike, they are great people, and I enjoy my visits there.

They have great customer to get you to buy the motorcycle but all that stops when you have a problem down the road. Will not even let them service the motorcycle. I will go the one in Memphis instead.

Unless you’re dressed in harley gear or 45+ in age they wont even look at you when you walk through the door. I set an appointment with them twice to look at getting a new bike. Both times I was ignored for more than 20 min. While all the sales people were laughing and cutting up with the old harley guys. Even when I asked for help… Someone said they would get me somebody and my wife and I waited another 29 min before we left. If you do decide you want to look at getting a bike bring your grandparents and wear a harley jacket… It’s the only way you can be in their club. If not then just go to desoto honda… They’ve called me 3 times this week and are waiting for me right now. At least there you don’t have to meet a criteria to buy a bike. Sorry we couldn’t ‘sit at your lunch table’. Way too cool for us.

Best Harley shop for miles and miles above the other 2 in the Memphis area. Always friendly and helpful. Now owned by the same guy that owns GoDaddy. Have already seen lots of positive changes! The only people I will let touch my bike!

This review is related to the Rider’s Edge New Rider Course. I attended this 4-​day session this past week with hopes of learning to ride. And boy, they did not disappoint! Learning to ride a motorcycle has been on my bucket list since I turned 40 and I decided that this was the year. The instructors, Marian and Steve, were absolutely fantastic. Each of them were extremely patient and really wanted the students to learn about safety first. The cost of the class through Harley Davidson is a bit more than other places in the city but well worth it. The class size is smaller (10:2) so you get a lot more personal attention.

This a large dealership with easy access to I-​55. Very large inventory of Harley’s and their accessories. Service department looks very large. Employees are all friendly and anxious to assist. It has a burger place right next door, I don’t know if it is part of the dealership. Lot’s of parking for bikes and cars.
