Hibachi Xpress

Came with a coworker because I’m on the lookout for good, cheap Chinese food out here in Southaven. It was pretty empty even though every review is five stars. We got a couple of different things but we ended up only liking the fried rices we each got. We agreed we definitely want to return and give it another shot. If that doesn’t go better we will at least know we tried everything we wanted to. Lots of affordable and yummy options. Hopefully we have better luck with the more expensive sushi. The cheaper stuff, or at least what we got from the cheaper part, wasn’t worth getting.
The Dynamite Fried Rice is spicy by the way, though it only tingled me it sizzled my coworker and she couldn’t eat it. Ahh spice-​wimps– they leave all the spicy food for me to enjoy!

I was feeling a little under the weather tonight and did not really want to leave my hotel room, but I am glad I did. The food at Hibachi Xpress was outstanding! The chicken, beef and shrimp fried rice was enough for 3 people. I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of food I received. I will definitely be back when I am in town again. I also had a spicy tuna… Excellent! Thanks!

I ordered the spicy tuna, shrimp tempera, the tornado and chicken fried rice to go for a total of $ 28. Food was ready in 10 min exactly. The food was excellent! I received exactly what I paid for. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent Sushi! Great Hibachi!
My favorites are the Dynamite Roll, Batman Roll, and Hibachi Combo.

Great place with a chill atmosphere. The chicken fried rice is great and so is the sushi.
