Paul focuses his criminal law practice on speeding tickets and other traffic violations in the courts of Suffolk County. He has been appearing in the courts of Suffolk County for more than 20 years and has had great success in obtaining point reductions and dismissals of traffic tickets for his clients. On most matters, Paul is able to handle his contacts with clients through email and telephone and proceed in court without the personal appearance of the driver. Paul’s practice now includes appearances in the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency (SCTPVA) in Hauppauge which began operations in April, 2013 in addition to the Justice Courts located throughout Suffolk County.

Mr. Paul G Tuths is no doubt most defiantly a savior of the people. I live in Brooklyn NY and worked on a food truck and the sulfok county highway police and the PVB sulfolk county court had no mercy on my soul and heard nightmare horror stories about the bruttal verdicts of this monster court system so I searched and searched for the right one and from listening to over 10 attorneys and firms, I did not feel at ease at all and i truly ahd every reason to stress because this was my lively hood my privilidge to drive and this sulfolk county régime was ready to snatch it away and leave me unemplyed and thanks to Mr Paul G Tuths (The knight and shining warrior) The heavenly attorney for the people heard my cry and with his amazing expertise counseled me and calmed my nerves. Very, very pleased with Paul and his services. He took the time to explain how my speeding ticket in the Suffolk court would be handled (78 in a 55), and ended up with a parking offense, no points, and a hefty fine. Would highly recommend him. I found Paul after extensive google searching for a traffic attorney in Suffolk (was supposedly speeding on LIE, oops). I picked him over a very aggressively marketed competitor of his because of the sincerity of his traffic law blog, good online reviews, and as it later turned out lower fee.
Paul emailed me within a few hours of me filling out his contact form online and then spent about half an hour on the phone with me the next day explaining his policies, possible outcomes, and what he anticipated my outcome would be based on his experience doing this. He made sure I understood everything I needed to, which I appreciated.
Once I filled out the contract and sent him a scan of my ticket and payment, he told me to forget about the ticket for the time being, he will contact me when it was up in court. True to his word, roughly a month later I got an email from Paul saying he would be going to court on my case that week, and a few days later got an email that he obtained a favorable outcome (which was as he had anticipated during our initial phone call).
Overall I am very happy with Paul’s help, particularly for the time he took to speak to me and explain everything. Should I ever need legal services (I’m pretty sure he does other stuff than traffic as well) I wouldn’t hesitate to call Paul again.

I got caught speeding on 495, thinking that the speed limit was 65 instead of 55. My car was licensed out of state so I was toast. What would have been a fine and 6 points on my license got pleaded down to a parking violation by the efforts of Mr. Tuths. My record remained clean and I could not have been happier with Mr. Tuths representation.

I got a ticket in driving East Hampton. I paid Paul a fee and he showed up in court for me but I had a bad driving record and he wasn’t able to get the points reduced at all. Better than having to show up in court but not quite the results I was hoping for with his fee.
