Specialties

We are law firm in Southampton, NY (11 968) handling criminal law (especially speeding tickets and traffic violations), real estate, wills and probate and non-profit organizations. With increasing frequency, drivers are receiving speeding tickets and other traffic violations while traveling on the LIE (495), Sunrise Highway (Route 27), County Road 39, Montauk Highway and other roads in Suffolk County. We have had great success in getting speeding tickets and other traffic violations reduced or dismissed in the SCTPVA as well as the Justice Courts in Southampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Riverhead, Shelter Island, Quogue, Westhampton and Islandia without the driver having to appear in court. We also appear in Central Islip District Court on VTL 511.1 charges. Avoid points, insurance costs and DMV charges by having us handle your speeding tickets and other traffic violations in a Suffolk County court.

Business Owner

Paul focuses his criminal law practice on speeding tickets and other traffic violations in the courts of Suffolk County. He has been appearing in the courts of Suffolk County for more than 20 years and has had great success in obtaining point reductions and dismissals of traffic tickets for his clients. On most matters, Paul is able to handle his contacts with clients through email and telephone and proceed in court without the personal appearance of the driver. Paul’s practice now includes appearances in the Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency (SCTPVA) in Hauppauge which began operations in April, 2013 in addition to the Justice Courts located throughout Suffolk County.
