Mazzu’s Catering has been in business since 1995. Mazzu has developed a catering program for celebrations, corporate events and the warmest home gatherings. While featuring the freshest ingredients, she and her team bring the best that there is to offer to your table. We hope to bring joy to your table for many more years.

Business Owner
Mazzu has been in the United States since 1988. She has been in business since 1995 as a chef in The Hamptons. She was born in Brazil, with most of her education coming from Brazil, Germany and the bulk of her gastronomic education coming from Le Cordon Bleu L’ Art Academie Culinaire De Paris. Not only was Mazzu first in her class, she earned the Grand Diploma, which certifies her as an expert in all areas of cuisine. She is educated as a wine connoisseur, patisserie master, and the «best of the best» (according to Dan’s Paper 2003 to 2012) at preparing ‘high cuisine’.
