Ticket Club is a business operated by Ticket Network. Hundreds if not thousands of ticket brokers around the country list tickets on this site the same way third parties list products on Amazon. Ticket Club advertises a 125% money back guarantee.
In July of 2015 I bought tickets to Taylor Swift on the site about 4 hours before the show. They were electronic tickets so they should have been emailed. I got a confirmation email but later I got an email saying there was a problem and to contact customer service. Summary: ticket seller sold same ticket to someone else, tickets were gone and Ticket Club customer service (whom were really poor attitude folk) refused to help other than to offer tickets that were 300% more expensive! They also refused to provide for the 125% guarantee because the tickets were not actually issued, just sold?
Don’t really care about the 25%, if the largest ticket broker in North America can’t back up its marketing with results, what’s the point in having and «exclusive club»?

I used Ticket Club recently for Cubs/SF tickets. I had checked with Ticketmaster directly and no good seats were available. I also checked on various other resellers. On top of that, I wanted a specific section because a group of friends were already going. I found the tickets that I wanted, in the same row as my friends, $ 89 face value for $ 103 each. This was a great price compared to the other ticket brokers I checked.

Full disclosure, they offered free membership for a review.
That aside, ‘purchased multiple baseball tickets at the best prices from them. Process is seamless and you get your tickets electronically right away.
Wish they had an app that could download the tickets to a phone. It would be awesome if their site was also optimized for Safari and we could see the actual seats not just the section and row.
All in all, our experience has been great and the prices are way better than the other sites I’ve used. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not only do you get informative emails, after purchasing my 311 etickets, I received them in my email minutes after the transaction! It was so nice not to have to worry and keep checking my email for tickets, since I don’t have a printer at home. Their website is convenient, easy to use and they don’t have service fees. This is my second time using their website and I would use it again. They even offered me a free Premier membership just for writing a review, whether positive or not. I’m very happy with their service.

I decided to go to Daniel Tosh Live in San Francisco just one day before the show. I searched around on SeatGeek, StubHub, the venue site, and other places before remembering to check out TicketClub. It turns out that it had by far the lowest prices. The second row seats were $ 10 less than the cheapest upper-level seats I found elsewhere. That included shipping. I thought I was going to have to get electronic tickets since the event was the next day, but it turns out they weren’t offered by the venue. I chose the pick up in town delivery option, and within minutes of completing my order I got a call from the seller saying they were in Denver and couldn’t do in-person pick-up. Instead, they offered to FedEx them overnight for no increased charge. It was perfect! I had them at my office the next morning, and we had a fun time at the show!

I desperately wanted to see Jay-Z and Beyonce, but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg to see them. I had decided to miss out this time around, until I went searching on Ticket Club! A friend of mine had just surprised me with tickets, but I went on Ticket Club and found even BETTER seats for only a few dollars more. So I scooped them up and BOOM, we were on the floor for THE concert of the year! The tickets arrived several weeks before their expected date and I was soo excited. I was a bit leery of ticket selling sites, but it was sooo smooth from start to finish and was notified every step of the way… when they shipped, when they were expected to arrive and if I enjoyed my myself. Another great tip… they offer you a FREE ($ 49.99 value) Premier membership for telling the world about your experience. Yes please! Ticket Club FTW!

The service is awesome. Recently bough tickets for James Blunt show in Boston, and unlike other sites that also had tickets available, I as pretty clear what I was buying. Apparently other guys tend to sell you similar floor tickets on different prices. Also was several $$ cheeper then I could find anywhere else. Note sure that $ 50/year membership worth it –but if you can get it cheaper — definitely go for it.
P. S.Ticket Club will give me a voucher for year of membership for posting a review, but they did not required it to be 5*. It’s my own honest opinion.

I recently purchased tickets for Justin Timberlake’s ²⁰⁄₂₀ Experience World Tour from Ticket Club.
The deciding factors were the easy-to-use interface and the fact that Ticket Club does not charge service fees. I ended up paying less than face value for the tickets, which was a pleasant surprise since I placed the order only 3 days before the event. Another unexpected plus: the tickets arrived via FedEx within 24 hours of placing my order! WOOT!
What could use some improvement: the email notifications I received about my order were in plain text (not branded to Ticket Club), which made the important emails easy to overlook and even ‘dismiss’. When placing such a big-ticket order (excuse the pun!), I don’t want the experience to stop after I hit the «Buy» button. I want to feel comfortable with my purchase all the way through to the event.
Overall, though, I am a happy customer and will be back for more!
