We offer group training:
Large Group Personal Training (bootcamp, m.e.l.t. style): Unlike a lot of «bootcamps» m.e.l.t.‘s is like personal training in the group environment, coaches modify, regress & progress people of all levels in each session.
Small Group Accellerated Results Personal Training: More personal attention per client and programming to deliver results even faster.
Youth Fitness: We work w/a range of kids; who need to get off the couch to high level athletes and everyone in between.
We do offer private personal training too.
In addition to rapid fat loss, m.e.l.t. helps clients reduce stress, increase flexibility, eliminate aches & pains and improve their overall health (BP, blood sugar & heart).
History
Established in 2008.
The m.e.l.t. Workout (more energy, less time) was created in 2008 by CT resident Joe Carabase. With no money, no business plan, no clients and a few pairs of rusty old weights, Joe started an onsite training business out of my trunk with the vision of helping people of all fitness levels get better results in less time and actually look forward to working out.
Before opening its first facility, Joe did in home training across CT and had had 4 different bootcamps from South Windsor to Hartford to Meriden. In the early days Joe taught his bootcamps on pure passion but as the workouts evolved from research and trial & error. After training over 10,000 sessions, «the m.e.l.t. minimum» was created or the shortest point of time you can see the best results. From here, everything sky rocketed as its members were seeing life changing results from just the 30 minute m.e.l.t. workout.
The first m.e.l.t. Facility opened in 2010.
