Be smart, stay away! A very tough person to do business with. Multiple screw ups over the years that they can’t resolve. You are always blamed for his incompetences. The attitude is «it is the homeowners fault». Guy is a very stubborn person. Met someone at a party that had the same experience with him and switched to Nutmeg. I still have multiple problems with the geothermal system he installed and the attitude is I am a pain in the ass, not that he doesn’t know how to fix them. One good thing is that if your unit breaks down day or night he will be there to fix it. Guy is not a bad person, he just is incapable of accepting his faults. I would have switched vendors years ago but there are very few in the area that do geothermal.
