Taylor Freezers of Calif

Rick is amazing and I found their customer service skills to be beyond my expectations! I can’t wait to open up my frozen yogurt shop and use my new 791 machines!

I hav complayn with Taylor I have yogar machine and macanik take to long to fix. He charg me to much and most of time he talk n don’t fix I call office and lady in office not helpful not sure lady name I think may b manger. Macanik very stupid he name patrik other macanik bettr the younger guys I don’t no name but very nice and fix machine faster unlike patrik. I don like call Taylor no mor.

When I first called Taylor Freezer’s service department to inquire about troubleshooting on my Taylor Freeze yogurt machine, I was told that I needed a service man to come out and repair the machine.
My yogurt machine needed some power boosting job. If they were highly experienced with such simple troubleshooting they should have told me whether I needed electriciain. This company must either trains technicians to take up time on purpose to charge customers more than they should have in order to stay in business or they are just pure evil to rip people off. They are not trained to fix machines. They cannot simply locate why or what was causing the troubleshooting. When this service man named Patrick showed up he was already on the phone with another customer while he worked on my yogurt machine. How unprofessional is that? He took forever to figure out why the machine did not have any power. Then he told me that I needed to call electrician to fix this matter. Oh really? Then this whole 45 mins he took just to collect my money and didnt know what to do on my machine? This is fraud. I was upset and asked him why he didn’t tell me earlier or his company didn’t address the issue properly when I had called to schedule for an appoint at first point. If they were SO great with technology services, how can they not know whether I needed electrician or not? What a waste of time and money? He then began to complain how old owner at my shop was dumb and didnt maintain machines well. The parts were old and dirty. I told him if you cannot fix the machine he should leave. I didn’t want to argue with him. He kept checking this and that standing there complaining. I told him to just give me the invoice and leave.
He then returned to truck to generate invoice whick took another 15mins. I don’t understand how one can take that long to write up an invoice when the job cannot be even completed by him and he can just charge me his truck fee which is $ 70. When Iasked him why he was taking so long to write up an invoice which the job he cannot even complete? He was shouting and threatened he would charge me more which was another $ 90. Now I returned inside my store because I had customers. He stil didn’t come back to give me an invoice. I had to call police to file a harrassment.
Now this service man posted a nasty review on Unilocal just to revenge? His intent is truely malicious. If he could not fix the machine he should have give me the invoice for his truck fee and left. He posted a nasty review. He never tasted my yogurt. He said that my machines and bathrooms are dirty? Black hair hanging down? all these remarks are false… In Kitchenwe have ladders and etc. I passed health dept. My store is clean. Please do not write false info to draw away my customers because it will not work. Everyone can tell his post is false.
