Woohoo indeed. Andrey and the rest of the crew are better than amazing. Andrey saved the day. We would NOT have been able to leave on a trip to Africa without his going well beyond the expected in way of service.
I am certain that other similar services are available. However, after the level of service delivered, we have no need to check them out. Incidentally, the flights were less expensive than offered by the airlines involved.

My husband and I used Fly Elite for our honeymoon in December 2014 and couldn’t believe the wonderful experience we received! Eric at Fly Elite was wonderful to work with and was able to book my husband and I in Business class from San Francisco to Thailand and Hong Kong back to San Francisco. Eric made our honeymoon so, incredibly special and without him and this company, we would have never been able to afford business class tickets. What great service! Booked a last minute trip from SF to Paris with lots of time constraints but that didn’t seem to be a problem for Eric. Offered a variety of business and first class options at costs even Orbitz or Kayak couldn’t beat. I was able to reach him at any time regarding any questions I had. No better concierge service regarding flights.

I found fly elite while doing a google search for discount business class tickets. Naturally I was a bit skeptical but after some research I decided to call and move forward with my business class tickets from Los Angeles to Paris. I worked with Eric who was responsive and professional. I wound up booking 4 round trip business class tickets for other family members that were coming to visit us in Europe. Eric was understanding and accommodating of the many plan changes that we made! He even arranged for wheelchair escort for my mom on all legs of her trip! I can say that the service was everything they promised and more!

I was looking for tickets to London from San Francisco and was going with Kayak as I usually do but ran into Fly Elite on google. I called them with low expectations yet they were able to give me the ticket for half the price, the service was great too, I was talking to Will and he gave me his cell phone so I can talk to him anytime I had issues.

Eric was my flight agent. I was in a rush and needed a flight overseas to China for a business trip ASAP. He was able to find me a really great flight at an amazing price. Not only that his customer service was up to par.
*Might I add that my original return date had to be changed suddenly and unexpectedly due to a last minute meeting. There were no questions asked when I had asked Eric to do me this favor and he was able to pull through! No extra fees or anything like other airlines, which was a bonus!
Very satisfied with my experience with FlyEliteClass and especially Eric. Will definitely use this company again for future business trips.

I am booking tickets to my honeymoon in April and I did not end up booking through Fly Elite Class, but Eric was so amazingly helpful that I have to give him a good review anyways! Eric was incredibly polite, easy to work with, and proactively worked to help me find the flights I needed within my budget. He also had great tips about which seats to book on the flights he was recommending, as well as the airports I will be flying through! And all of the fares that Eric quoted to me were WELL below what I would have paid booking directly with the airlines – so much so that I can’t imagine how these guys stay in business (but I’m glad they do!).
Next time we fly internationally, Eric at Fly Elite Class will be my first call…
