i don’t agree with the negative comments about the manager here AT ALL. She enforces rules that apply to EVERY apartment building at which i’ve ever lived, the only difference is, she actually gets stuff done. Since she has been here, the grounds are cleaner, and if i need something done, she does it. The manager is such a peoples person and is always in a good mood when i see her. Even if she’s busy, she’ll always stop and talk to me.
I pay my rent promptly, and i suppose that is the main complaint by others; they don’t want to pay rent. I’ve checked other apartments in the area, and this is one of the most inexpensive, so i don’t understand what the problem is. If you don’t pay your car payment, your car gets repo’ed. It’s the same with any apartment building you’ll ever go to, unless the managers are doing something wrong!

I don’t really agree with the other review posted though I don’t know the whole story behind its origin.
As for my own experience, I’ve had no problems with management (maybe because I pay my rent on time) and think that people who don’t pay should be forced to move out. There’s an almost 1 – 2 year waiting list of people trying to get into this place, it’s an older building and the walls are thin and repairs common. But can you really complain when the rents around $ 1300 for a two bedroom 1 ½ bath townhouse? With parking? I mean really?!! This place is walking distance to Bart and near a small shopping center with bus stops practically right in front. Great family environment but remember its an older building and you get what you pay for.
As for my comments about management, I think she’s doing a great job. The building looks cleaner and it’s the first time I’ve seen it decorated for holidays since i’ve been here. A lot of cosmetics have been done to this building and essential repairs so I personally think the reviewer before was just bitter.
Don’t be put off by that review this is a great place to live. (I only gave four stars because of how thin the walls are. I can sometimes hear my neighbors conversations and smell their cooking. But again what do you expect in an older building)

his used to be a lovely apt with managers that has concern about residents that has been living here for a long time. UNTIL a new manger comes along everybody hates her why? Because all the managers here had a HEArt! Except for one! Her!!! So she decided to rule over and apply all her rules ok we know it but you she should have taken consideration that people here were fine because they use to care for others. She kicks out people and late payment she would have sign on the door saying pay now or quit!!! That’s like 4 days late so? She would suggest people to leave already I lived in many apt complex most of it are some what luxury style they have sign if you don’t pay for 90 days. You know its not only about rules that people would like its your heart and concern if people have been living here for a long time and the new manager for a couple of months and you will tell people that lives there for so long that they have to change everything because she is here she is the boss! Even furniture she will tell you that she wants some of the furniture out! She doesn’t realize that she had affected family big time! Its horrible! We don’t know what’s her motive for being rude! Heartless! I believe what she does is harassment and only now for so many years I will say this is no longer the nice apt we used to know so sad!!! She doesn’t think of anything but herself and what she like! Self centered! But let me tell you with all honesty she will definitely ruin some familys lives. Because its what you called home and someone you don’t know will come and take it away or suddenly change the way you live!!!
So yah it used to be nice! But not anymore! This new manager sucks big time! Never was a complain to the manager for YEARS now!!! Ugghhh so yah we are moving out!!!
