We used Destination Systems to transport our wedding guests from a hotel in Palo Alto to our wedding venue up the hill in Woodside. It’s a twisty drive up a narrow, mountain road, and we chose Destination Systems because they were recommended by the venue, and had a fleet of shuttles that were small enough to make the drive.
Beverly was easy to work with, knowledgable and responsive. She gave us price quotes for every possible configuration of 24 and 32-​passenger shuttles, and worked with us on the timing of the return shuttles to maximize the passenger load and minimize the cost to us.
It does amaze me how much these shuttles cost, but Destination Systems was competitively priced (based on the other companies we looked at), and the driver gratuity was included, making things easy for us on the day of the wedding.
Most importantly, the shuttles were on time and got our guests to and from our wedding safely and happily. I would recommend Destination Systems to anyone in the area!
