Dr. Alex Bamdad completed his undergraduate studies in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer University and has completed a diploma in Clinical Neurology. Dr. Bamdad is also certified by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in treating whiplash disorders. In 1996, he established his chiropractic clinic located in South San Francisco.

Dr. Alex Bamdad combines the very best hands on technique and state of the art physiotherapy procedures to care for his patients. He specializes in auto accidents, work and sports injuries. Dr. Bamdad is also an in network provider of over 40 insurance companies.

Dr. Alex Bamdad is currently a member of the California Chiropractic Association, San Mateo County Chiropractic Association, California Chiropractic Physician’s Association and the American Academy of Pain Management.

Dr. Bamdad is by far the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. I have chronic neck, upper and lower back pain and suffer from frequent headaches. He was able to see me the same day and was extremely professional and accommodating. After his treatment I felt a 110% better. He didn’t pressure me into scheduling future appointments unlike others. He said just come back when you need to be adjusted again.

My daughter got hurt on elbow and knee, there’s no sign to recover after taking pain killer for two weeks, she asked if she can go see Dr Bamdad to help on her knee since she got therapy from him few years ago from a car accident, she can walk after 5 office visits, she’s so happy that she can continue to dance, thank you.

It’s been years since I’ve been coming to Dr. Bamdad and I refuse to see anyone else. He is great at what he does and truly gets to know his patients and their needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve come such a regular through out the years that I just give him a quick call before I come by. He always makes sure I feel better when I leave. I can’t say enough about how great he is and recommend it to anyone who asks about who my go to chiropractor is. He takes his time and I never feel like he’s in a rush to treat me. He is truly amazing and his office is in a very convenient location with plenty of parking and walking distance from the San Bruno bart station.

I got into a car accident last Spring and ended up suffering from pain in my neck and back. A friend recommended I see Dr. Bamdad. This place is worth coming to. Not only did they alleviate my pain but they helped me with all the paperwork for my car accident. Both Dr. Bamdad and Sue were very knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Bamdad for over 10 years. He is professional, thorough and is genuinely concerned for his patients. Other chiropractors often try to «upsell» services even if such services aren’t necessary. Dr. Bamdad takes the time to discuss all treatment in a manner that we laypeople can understand and doesn’t try to recommend unnecessary treatments. We’ve never had a problem with making appointments and are even often seen as a walk-​in. He’s an asset to the community.

I had a traumatic car accident that hurt my spine and rendered me walking with a crooked posture
I had an initial meeting with Dr. Alex Bamdad where we discussed at length my
medical history, including ongoing medical conditions, current medications and any and all, traumatic/​surgical history
The treatment plan he outlined involve a series of manual adjustments and manipulates of the spine using a controlled, sudden force as well as mechanical massaging and electronic pulse massage to improve range and quality of motion.
Very good. Very professionally ethical. He always took time to answer my questions and answered them at length
After a few weeks of my treatment plan he has alleviate my muscle aches and mobility stiffness that my colleges noticed that I was walking with a better posture

Five Stars for Dr. Bamdad! Having never seen a chiropractor, I was a little skeptical about the type of treatment that might be employed (I was worried about a painful treatment). He immediately identified the source of my lower backpain and began a physiotheraphy treatment which helped tremendously. He’s personable and caring and a true professional. Several family members have been treated by Dr. Bamdad and we all recommend him. Backache, muscle pain? Don’t delay — make an appointment and treat yourself!

I have been going to Chiropractors for twenty years now and i have see a variety of them. I would say that not only is he the best that I have seen but he truly cares about his patients’ well being.
I’ve been going to Dr Alex for over 9 years now even when I moved to Stockton; yes, Stockton. Not to discredit any others but he truly knows each patient’s needs and is very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He will not treat you for something that isn’t necessary and will always give you his professional advise if he thinks that he cannot treat you. He always treats you as if you were a long time friend and is always pleasant once you walk through his doors.
To know that you can go to someone that will make you feel 100% is priceless to me. I hope everyone who reads this will definitely walk through his doors because you won’t regret it. If there were more stars to give this man I would.

I went in to see Dr. Bamdad after a car accident. I was completely transformed after seeing him. When I first walked in I felt like a old man tired and hurt. As my therapy was complete I felt like a new man. Dr. Bamdad’s office is very flexible with scheduling and Sue at the front desk is always helpful. I rate this a 5 star experience
