Just like the other reviews said, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I dono how busy they really are but regardless, they cannot take 2 hours to deliver food to a place 10 minutes away. I don’t even care how the food is. It’s 12am. I can’t believe Ive been waiting for hours for food

HORRIBLE SERVICE… We’ve ordered from here a couple of times and the service has just been getting worse. The first time we ordered, they were really nice and they didnt charge us tax and they even refused to get the tip. And the food was great and the portions were pretty big as well. However, the second time we ordered, they charged us tax and tip AND the delivery guys came after like an hr and a half and could not find our place. Every time i called, he said he’s outside waiting, but when i came outside, he wasnt there… And it was raining and super windy that day and i had to wait outside for 30 min and wait for him to find his way here… And this time we ordered, i asked him what the total is going to be and the total he gave me did not match up with the total we calculated with the prices on the menu. We realized that he charged us $ 4 extra for «delivery fee» and he said that the prices for both dishes we ordered went up by $ 2… And when we told him you never charged us delivery fee, he said it has changed online and in the new menu. So we checked online and on grubhub, but it said free delivery for min of $ 20 (which we already had)… AND we checked the prices for the dishes and they only went up by $ 1. But he said $ 2 for both dishes so we just paid $ 2 extra for no reason. We figured they just ripped us off for no reason since we’re college students… We got kind of pissed so we decided just not to tip the delivery guy since they already charged us extra for no reason. And when i asked for the change back, he started complaining that we’re not tipping him. Well you know what? I DONT CARE WHAT YOU SAY. YOU ALREADY CHARGED US $ 8 FOR NOTHING… Their service is HORRIBLE and they charge you based on their mood. Never seen a place like this. NEVER EVER ordering from here anymore. OH one more thing, they didnt even give us a receipt. Which means they probably just decided to charge us more than the original price. They prob think we wouldnt notice cause it was by like a couple of dollars. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? WE’RE NOT DUMB… a couple of dollars added up to be $ 8… Thats another whole meal right there… And We’re college students… Which mean we’re poor… They clearly picked the wrong ppl to rip off from. SUPER DUPER SHADY.

If you never actually want to eat, this is a wonderful place to order food from. My boyfriend and I started getting a tad antsy after it had been an hour and a half and still did not hear from the restaurant. We went back on grubhub to call and check that nothing went wrong THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. My boyfriend found the number through here. When he called, the woman who answered told us the food went out a while ago. She gave us the delivery mans number and we called and asked to see if he had problems finding the apt or how far away he was. Rudely refused to tell us his cross streets, just kept screaming, «ten minutes!» We googled how far away the restaurant actually is. It’s ten minutes away. Regardless, we waited ten minutes and called back. This time he did the same, but told us, «thirteen minutes!» It’s officially 2 hours since we placed our order and it’s finally here. And cold. This place is absolutely NOT worth it.
