After graduating with a degree in Economics and Finance I started my sales career in the financial markets where I worked for 10 years. My automotive career started in 1998 as a business manager and worked my way through the sales ranks to become the General Manager of a Dodge, Chrysler & Jeep dealership in York, Maine where I currently live. I joined Berlin City Lexus of Portland in 2006 and have been the General Sales Manager since 2007. Now in 2010 I am continuing my quest to make Berlin City Auto Group grow as the General Sales Manager for Berlin City Nissan. Our commitment to perfection and customer satisfaction is second to none. They have a courteous and professional staff who made buying a car incredibly fun and stress-​free process. I couldn’t recommend this amazing team more! They are fantastic! The sales manager, Patrick Demers, gave me a great deal on my dream car! Regardless of what car you’re looking to buy, make sure you swing by Berlin City Nissan to see what they can do for you. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

My experience with the repair dept. was beyond horrible. A part that costs $ 30 online and takes about 20 minutes to replace wound up costing $ 350. I directly asked them about their techniques and was treated very rudely and was not given any breaks when I explained exactly why I couldn’t believe what they charged me. This was all because I was afraid I had a more serious problem. They also tried to up-​sell a $ 500 brake job (I passed inspection with no issues exactly 1 week prior). Oh, and I asked for a quote on new door actuators for 2 doors, they put this into their extremely expensive diagnosis and wanted $ 330 per door! So, if I hadn’t been somewhat knowledgable, my $ 350 mistake (to be fair, the local garage would have been $ 100, so a $ 250 mistake) could have been a $ 1500 mistake! Yikes! No more Nissans, no more Nissan dealers, I’m done.

I can’t speak for the experience of actually buying a car here, but I definitely can regarding service/​maintenance! I have taken my 2010 Nissan Altima in for the last 3 years, and I have to say that I am blown away by their customer service! I completely forgot the name of the lady at the front desk, but she needs to get a raise just for her pleasant personality and her ability to work with people. Unfortunately, not many people these days have that gift.
As far as scheduling goes, it can easily be done online. They are very flexible whenever I need to change my appointment at the last minute. I don’t mind waiting in the lobby area, because there is a TV and snacks to keep me occupied! :) Not only does Berlin service do what I need them to do, they look for anything else that might need to get taken care of soon or in the future and give my car a complementary car wash. They also give a report with a breakdown of everything they did to the car and list the costs associated with future parts that might need to be replaced etc. What I love is that Berlin isn’t pushy at all! They just state the facts and inform!

If i could give less than one star, i would. went there to buy after being on the phone with a salesman several times throughout the week. he knew i was coming, he knew which vehicle i wanted to buy. i talked with him the day before just to make sure things were all set
to drive the 2+ hrs to get there. he claimed it was. i arrived. the vehicle was gone, he sold it the day before. ok… they kept pushing for me to buy the more expensive/​sporty upgrade. i did not want it nor could i afford it. after 2 hours there, having to talk to 6 different people (each question i asked had to be answered by someone other than the person to whom i was speaking at the moment), it came dow to price. their first offer was ok but not stellar. i counter-​offered ($ 10 less a month to reach my highest price point), they would not budge and then the sales manager got ANGRY and a bit rude. i got up and left. i’ll go almost anywhere else, and ignore that extra $ 10/​month but not for Berlin City. they could offer $ 100/​month less and i would refuse to do business with them.
