HORRIBLE!!! I called the Hackensack location. the girl who answered was rude, curt and abrassive!
When she told me the minimun requirement was $ 400 and I responded with that was twice as high as letsjumpnj, apartyrentals, hodgespartyrentals and everone else I spoke to, she said, «well…we’re busy.» I thanked her and she hung up on me!!!
I will be sure to let everyone know how poor their customer service skills are… including my good friend who’s an event planner and runs the most popular diner in Hackensack!
