U.S. Bank

I’m so fed up with us bank and having opened my original account when this branch was fidelity federal bank it has just gone downhill ever since. Every time I have called to ask about something or resolve a simple matter I get no help. I’m seriously considering closing my account with this bank.

As someone who frequents this particular branch of U.S. Bank at least once a week for work, I can tell you that the staff here are among the nicest, most personable people I’ve ever met working at a bank. Always smiles, and they seem to know most of their customers by name, which is rare now a days.
Located in the Vons shpping center, there is lots of free parking out front which makes this location super accessible.
Staffing can be a little low at the end of the day sometimes, but they are generally pretty quick otherwise.
I’ll never complain about ending my work day with a visit to the South Pas branch of U.S. Bank. A smile is a great start to every evening :)

Worst bank, ever!!! If you have the opportunity to open an account elsewhere, please do so because you will be in a world of inconvenience if you open an account here. They are extremely inconsiderate of their account holders, and do not care what dire situation they may place them in financially. I had funds held in my account while I was NOT notified up front, and the individual who was supposed to be taking care of the situation, Carlos, did not even have the consideration to call me back, regardless of the fact that I had left several messages for him that day. They left me without access to my funds for a week, having not even enough money for food or gas. Wouldn’t you be at least a little considerate of a person when they are in such a dire situation? I have never had such a negative experience with a bank, and I am so glad to be closing my account there at the end of the week. I would suggest a more formidable institution, such as Chase Bank. I was banking with them for years before moving to US Bank, and I really don’t know why I changed banks. Safe to say I will be back with Chase by the week’s end
