When Dr. Patel opened her own practice, I was very happy to follow her. I do mainly Eastern medicine when it comes to my overall health. She is able to work with me and is open to my lifestyle. Dr. Patel and Estrella, her medical assistant, are very sweet and accommodating. This is also the first doctor’s office that I can email and get a quick response! I would recommend this office to anyone who wants a doctor-​patient relationship for longterm. *** They take PPO Health Insurance ***

Scheduling: I had difficult time finding the right date/​time for both my husband and I. Dr. Patel’s office was so accommodating and friendly despite my frequent calls and changes.
Parking: Found street parking, might have to walk couple blocks but it’s in a nice neighborhood!
Visit: We had to wait for at least 15 minutes. If you are on a time crunch, best to let the office know so your time w/​doctor is not rushed. Dr. Patel was friendly and informative. I did not feel rushed. Medical assistant was equally informative and helpful.
Billing: Very clear on billing issues & what’s typical of insurance bills/​costs. This is very important to me b/​c I dont want surprise billing statements frm insurance company!
Follow-​up: I needed medical forms to be filled out to send to my company HR. Quick e-​mail responses and very helpful getting me the right documents needed. (There is small $$ Filling out form but this is typical any doctors office)
Overall great!

After one fiasco after another looking for a primary care physician who doesn’t treat patients like numbers and is not narrow minded I was ready to give up and settle for anybody. Then I found Dr. Reena Patel and everything started looking up for me. She took her time to gather information and schedule tests to have a good picture of my health situation and then she came up with treatment options and discussed them with me patiently explaining what was going on. I feel very lucky to be under her care. She thinks outside the box and makes me feel comfortable with a treatment and most importantly — my health is improving.
Dr. Patel is my PCP for about a year and I am traveling far to see her (I moved more then 30 miles away) because she is wonderful doctor and i trust her. Recently, my fiancé become her patient too and we both are very happy with our doctor. I would recommend Dr. Reena Patel to anybody.

I saw Dr. Patel in February for a routine physical checkup and a gynecological exam. I felt very comfortable in her office. She was warm, friendly and attentive. I did not feel rushed anytime during my visit. Dr. Patel took her time to answer all my questions and provided helpful advice. Since I needed to see a specialist, she provided a referral to a very good doctor in the area. My experience with Dr. Patel was very positive and was quite different from what I typically would have gotten (impersonal, cold or rushed) from other doctors’ offices. I plan to see Dr. Patel again soon for some symptoms I have been experiencing. I highly recommend this doctor as a primary care provider.

Going to the doctor was never something I looked forward to and for years, I just flat out avoided. Until now.
Dr. Patel is a breath of fresh air in a world where drab, stuffy, outdated and uncomfortable doctors/​offices are commonplace.
An appointment with her feels like a visit to see a friend.
Seriously.
From the moment your are brought back from the waiting room, (I’ve never waited longer that 5 minutes by the way) you are in contact with a person and being cared for. Estrella is usually the first point of contact. She handles the paperwork and takes your vitals as well as assists Dr. Patel in many other areas. She’s always extremely nice and helpful and puts my mind at ease immediately.
When Estrella finishes, she takes you into a separate room where Dr. Patel is waiting. This was the amazing part for me … Because, in my experience at every other doctor’s office, You are left, waiting in a room wondering if they forgot about you and listening to your chart slide in and out of the bin on the other side of a closed door, hoping that finally that awkward knock will happen and somebody will walk in to give you their diagnosis in under 5 minutes. This is absolutely not the case at this office.
Dr. Patel takes time with her patients. I can’t emphasize this enough. 30, 45min an hour? With your doctor? This is a rarity. She truly cares about her patients and that is apparent in the one on one she allows to happen each visit.
Her approach to wellness is refreshing as well. I have walked out her office with a shopping list of seasonings to make a tea that helped both me and my wife and is now something we use daily.
And about my wife. Being a woman married to a woman, The doctor’s office, in the past, has more often than not, been an uncomfortable place when bringing up a spouse or introducing a spouse. Dr. Patel knows my wife and refers to her that way. She knows we are married and calls it a marriage. Seems simple but this has never happened before.
If you are unhappy with your current primary care doctor. Take the time to switch to Dr. Patel. You won’t be disappointed.
My wife and I are so happy with Dr. Patel that at times we have to resist the urge to see if she wants to come grab lunch. Ha ! When is the last time you liked your doctor that much ?! Make the move!

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. She honestly cares about her patients. She takes a holistic approach and invested well over an hour with me during my appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and able to impart practical diet, behavior and exercise changes for better health. Additionally, her follow-​up is outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Patel if you are looking for a consultative doctor who combines Western and Holistic Eastern Medicine.

Dr. Patel is truly amazing! She’s incredibly personable and listens to every concern a patient may have without looking at the clock. I truly appreciate her to the fullest and consider myself very fortunate to have her as my primary doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Patel!

Dr. Patel is one of those rare doctors that you will find who actually will take the time and cares. She integrates western and Ayurvedic/​Natural medicine to help you reach your optimum health. This, I feel is the future of medicine… She does not try to band aid your problems with a potpourri of various pills, but actually focuses on helping to find a healing for you long term and help you be a healthier, happier, more balanced, more whole person.
