Dr. Latter began his solo practice in ophthalmology in Bellflower, California, in the summer of 1983. In 2001, he assumed a practice in San Marino, and then moved to a larger office in South Pasadena in November, 2011.

I am so happy that I found an amazing eye doctor in Dr. Latter! His staff is very friendly and courteous and I never have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Latter was able to correct a wrong prescription I had for my glasses & contacts, and my vision is now 20⁄20. He is thorough and takes his time explaining procedures and the anatomy of the eye. I am extremely comfortable going to Dr. Latter. I recommend him highly! The have great frames too!

I was told by another doctor that I need surgery and loosing my eye sight. I went to see Dr. Latter near my house in Huntington Drive for a second opinion over two years ago. Dr. Latter told me that I don’t need a surgery. So far my eyes are stable and right eye has improved a little. The wait time is usually less than 15 minutes. Dr. Latter does a comprehensive job during eye exams.
My wife referred her friend to Dr. Latter. She is also a satisfied patient for the last 2 years.

Took my 2 daughters’ for her routine eye exam and felt welcomed per our arrival. Very friendly staff and professional. Dr. Latter took his time examining my daughters’ eyes. They have an optometrist which is very friendly as well and my daughters were able to choose their lenses.

I brought my 6 yr old son to have his eyes examined and was very impressed with
the courtesy and prompt service. Dr. Mitchell showed he cared about my sons situation and I felt my son received the best care. It was our first visit and we are lucky
