Amy’s Playground

I took my son for the first time today and had a great experience. My girlfriend came to meet us with her child and we both agreed that this spot was just what we needed! The staff is nice, it’s clean, and it’s very spacious. Once you pay you can leave, have lunch and come back, or bring it in with you and sit at the many picnic benches they have and take a little break. It wasn’t too crowded and our sons had such fun!

This review is for the venue in a party setting. Loved it! It feels totally safe and you have a view of the entire room which helps it feel more relaxing for the parents. I think it may be a tad pricey for renting out but I had a good time. The only thing I could say is that the staff wasn’t the most friendly but the photographer was super sweet. The better judge would be my son and he loved the place.

I came here yesterday with my 4 year old daughter. When we arrived there were a few other children there ranging in age from infant to 3.
After about 30 minutes of play, a gentleman came in with his 3 children ages 5,10 & 13. Their father sat at the picnic benches working on his laptop while his children completely took over the place. They were so rowdy that the other parents with smaller children packed up and left quickly. I stayed awhile but eventually had to leave after my daughter came over to me multiple times saying the «big kids were being mean to her.» At one point the 13 year old boy came up and took the ball she was playing with right out of her hands. These older kids were running up the slides the wrong way so no one else could use them, they were throwing toys at each other in the bounce house … It was out of control. Now I understand this place is for children, but in my opinion there should be an appropriate age limit. If children this old are allowed in, it should be made clear by management that this type of behavior won’t be allowed. What’s shocking is the owner was at the front desk during this entire time.
I do not plan on ever returning which is a shame being that I live so close. I am certain that the other parents there felt the same. This was such a negative experience for my daughter that she said at dinner «she didn’t want to go back to the playground because mean kids are there.»

Went for a birthday party this past Sunday. Super cute. Staff was very kind and sweet. Lots of toys for the little ones to explore.

Have a private birthday party here. The staffs are very helpful and efficient. Place is clean and lots of seats for the adults too. Like the separate area for putting party drinks and snacks. Very satisfied experience and highly recommend this place for your kids’ birthday party.

I came here for a birthday party. Wonderful staff, clean playground and restrooms. Variety of interactive toys and activities sets. Love the ambiance here and feel safe letting my children run around. I would definitely come back if i were in the area.

My kids love coming here. The facility is clean and for the most part the kids that come here are calm. But the staff or should I say one In particular was rude. She was a heavy set woman with a facial piercing and short hair. Whoever manages the staff. Please don’t hire rude staff that will scare your clientele away. Besides the staff (which is normally pretty friendly) it’s great come and see for yourself.

We have held a birthday party at this location several weeks ago. First off I would say the place is roomy, facilities are clean and fun for kids, and price is reasonable. Now the bad side, the service is horrible at this location. Our schedule time is on a Sunday 5:30 to 7:30pm, which is the last reservation before they close, so maybe the service staff wants to get home earlier on a Sunday night.
Throughout the 2 hours of our reservation time, we are being pushed/​rushed by this service attendant «Maria» in every other seconds to finish off the decorating, finish off the food, finish off the cake, finish off the gift handing out, etc. I am not talking about being given polite reminder or suggestions; it is complete rudeness (pertains only to her but not the other attendant), and gave me impression that we were delaying or wasting enough time causing her closing late on a Sunday evening. She was also talking very impolitely behind us. According to several of my guests, she was expressing her negative comments on us and our party to another attendant loudly in front of our guest. She is also very rude to the kids that were being «invited» to our party.
By the end, she also accused us lying on the number of kids that we have confirmed letting in, and when we asked which child is she referring to on her name list, she accused us of not paying extra for this particular baby on her list (which happens to be still at the party so we show her who this baby is) that is sleeping in an «infant» car seat that is very obviously less than 6 months old.
My experience is definitely bad, so I would not recommend going here unless they change their service attitude.

I like that you can bring your food in. I have a 1.5 year old and she had fun. I expected more toys. But she didn’t seem to mind. Enjoyed it but can’t imagine coming too often when there’s not much.

Had my daughters 3^rd birthday party here this summer. I love this place. Great value compared to comparable businesses. The staff was super on it when it came to being timely and organized. Having a party here was the easiest. It’s just the right amount of time needed. I highly recommend having a party here.

$ 10/​child, adults are free. Must wear socks — bring or pay $ 1 for a pair (you keep). Great fun for the tots. Park benches for the adults to sit and view their phones while the kids are at play.

Long overdue but the owner took my concerns into consideration and i also brought more helpers and was able to do an amazing set up for her birthday!!! Perfection. This year alone, we have attended 2 more birthdays at Amy’s playground, all very nice!

I was so impressed with my first visit here that I bought a 5 day package for $ 39. I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and each time we have had a good time. My toddler loves this space, its not too huge and there is enough to keep her occupied for a while.
It has a jump/​bouncy house with a slide, a tree house, a nice space with a big kitchen, 2 story tunnel mazes, lots of cars, dolls, books and other toys.
Here is my take on Amy’s:
Pros:
1. Very clean bathrooms, clean play space. Each time I have been here, I have seen the staff wipe the toys every couple of hours, so that’s great.
2. Nice selection of toys to keep kids occupied.
3. In and out privileges means you can go home for a short nap and still come back and have fun.
4. You can bring in food and eat on the benches inside which is perfect for lunch time.
5. Free wifi
Cons:
1. The kitchen area, which my daughter loves, has very few vegetables, food items, pans etc. At my last visit, there was nothing in the kitchen area for my daughter to play with.
2. This is for the mom’s who don’t pay attention to their kids. I saw bigger kids (6 – 7) trying to bully another smaller kid to give up their toy car. I had to intervene and tell the kid to stop bullying that little kid. You have to be careful if you have smaller toddlers as the older kids are very aggressive with the cars and snatching toys from the little ones.
Overall, I am very happy with this space. Come here to let your kids have a blast and get some respite from the heat in the summer months.

Time surely flies! Its been two years since I held my daughter’s second birthday at this venue. I brought my daughter in today and noticed the amount of kids inside has really grown exponentially from one or two kids playing to 30+?!
I never reviewed this place due to sheer laziness, but I’m finally getting around to it bc they have been sending me free one day passes every single year since my daughter’s 2^nd bday. Its sweet to recieve a card like that yearly. If they opened later during the day, I’d probably have more chances to visit.
Anyway, I had selected their package for 2 hours of playtime, some décor, drinks for the kids, goodie bags. I brought in my own hello kitty tablecloth, more decorations, hello kitty cake, goodie bags, and food.
Their facility is well maintained and clean. Parking is easy as theres a lot in the back. Socks are required to visit.

Our first visit was today, myself and my 1 year old. This indoor playground is super clean! Plenty of room, toys and activities to keep your little ones occupied and busy. Including a Jump House and Gym with slides. The staff, 2 Ladies this morning, were very friendly, helpful, informative and professional.
They offer complimentary coffee too for the parents. Delicious!
We enjoyed our time there today and we will be back for sure!

We recently had a birthday party here for my 2 year old son. I was able to put up decorations, a photo booth, and balloons.
The 2 staff members on hand for the party were extremely helpful. They ensured everything went smoothly from the set up to guests arriving and even packed our car with the gifts and the leftovers.
I would definitely recommend having a party here if you would like to cut down on stress level and enjoy yourself.

I thought the play area would be bigger than it actually was. It’s big enough for little kids but I can see how it could get unpleasant if it were too busy. There were about 15 when I was there. It was a slow day. I enjoyed the relaxing quiet play time. Parents were really considerate. Staff was constantly cleaning the area. I would come back again on a slow day.

Great place to take the youngsters if its too hot or cold out. Indoor jumper plus tons of toys for all the kids. Does not get over crowded because they have limts.

Yay for tiring out my super sensitive little one. I looked up why my little one wakes up all the time and can’t seem to be transferred while asleep. Luckily, I was able to go to this place for a birthday party with a mommy group. We had so much fun in the two short hours. I brought socks for the little one but not for ourselves. I thought it only pertained to kids. Luckily, they gave us socks and they were soft! The set up was great and quick. Just not enough seats for everyone. Can’t control that since it was the host that invited the number of guests. They were great reminding everyone to eat so they would have cake towards the end. My little one loved the bounce house and the slide and knocked out several times throughout the day. Didn’t think it would happen since he could take a 10 min nap and be up all day til bed time. Thank you!

Staff so friendly and helpful. My 33 mo old and 1 yr old come here regularly. Clean and lots of toys /​play houses .
Love it so much, we had our sons birthday party here. Success !
