this Dentist ROCKS! my wife suggested I come here and she was right. The Dr. is cool, caring and painless. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and accommodating. I hope the new office does have better parking though… but if not, street parking is free too!

I’ve been to this office once and encountered a friendly staff and a comfortable visit with Dr. Sanchez. Will be making him my regular dentist!

The environment is clean and tidy the staff is courteous and friendly the doctor puts you at ease and gives you the 4−1−1 with no bullshit. They are very reasonable as well. I have been to several dentists in my life and I’m very picky when it comes to staying with one. I have been here over a year and have no complaints.

They are late for appointments. Apparently an appointment for 3:30 means 4:30 or later. So bring work you need to do or be prepared for a 1 hour + wait for an «Appoinment.» Make sure to not make plans for at least 3 hours after your appoinment.

I went with my friend to the dentist office and I was pretty impressed even though it is in a low income part of town and is very old fashioned inside it seems the staff is very nice and they’re willing to work with you if you want to pay cash. The doctor Sanchez he seemed very knowledgeable and his customer seem very happy. I just moved here and I’m going to start using him as my dentist too.

If you like unprofessional doctors and staff i highly recommend this, i had a better luck with doctors from Tijuana, here is my story i scheduled an appointment today at 11:30 great was there on time to see the doctor at the entrance walking to his car he said hello i said hello back (i know him cause i dealt with em before) went upstairs it says its closed for lunch from 12:30 to 2:00 dude its 11:30, i heard some voices inside so i knocked a grouchy receptionist came out so rude: yes how may i help you
Me: hi mm i have an appointment with the doctor at 11:30
Nurse: he already left to lunch
Me: but i have have an appointment
Nurse: well you didn’t call that yr coming so he left, he is coming at 2 though
Me: in my head why should i call when i already have an appointment and i am on time, shouldn’t they the once suppose to call me ???
So i told her i ‘ll come at 2 then
Nurse: its not gonna work today the doctor has a root canal appointment and they haven’t cancelled, (wait what? I never cancelled either)
Me: so what am i suppose to do now ?
Nurse: there is nothing i can do for you you need to call and reschedule.

I have been coming here for years. Adrian is a very professional dentist, very caring and the staff are great actually don’t mind coming to the dentist.

I been coming here for years and I never had a problem. The staff is great and Adrian is great at what he does. The only real problem is the parking, but only after 3pm. They are open on Saturdays if I am not mistaken.

Once more, being part of the medical workforce, I’m quite skeptical and picky when it comes to choosing my own healthcare providers. Even though I would see a dentist twice a year, I do want the experience to be pleasant.
Based on recommendations of my dental service provider, I came across Dr. Sanchez’s office. The first visit was pleasantly surprising, and indicative of subsequent visits. I was greeted by friendly, smiling receptionists. They go out of their way to help you and answer questions, never rolling their eyes or hoping you don’t approach the desk.
Dr. Sanchez is warm, charming, and extremely talented at his work. He is caring and makes proper recommendations regarding long term care, and doesn’t try to do «extra» work just to make an extra buck. He’ll actually be conservative when needed, and involved when indicated. The assistants do excellent work, and they don’t rush and cause pain. I have even convinced by husband to transition his dental care here, and he is quite content as well.
I would recommend this dentist highly to anyone willing to make the trip to his office. It’s just twice a year, and it’s worth it!
So why not 5 stars? Only because the parking lot is really tiny and tight, but that’s just L.A. If anything, I would just suggest some type of reimbursement to park at a nearby parking lot should the office parking lot become full.
