3 words… Bake and Shark!!! I have had it from there twice already and each time it gets better. The owners are so nice and kind. Make you laugh and the lady in the back, yes you can actually call her Tanti, is soooo sweet. You can smell the food cooking in there and you swear you was in a kitchen back on Trinidad. Theya ctually made a homemade tarter sauce just for the bake and shark that tasted sooo good, mixed with some tamarind sauce. The bake and saltfish also there is very good. It isn’t greasy and very well seasoned. The bakes are light and fluffly and are not salty at all. Now as far as the rest of the food there, it may look like it is limited variety but there is always more in the back and it is very good for the price that they charge. This place may not be well known but only by word of mouth, but it is definitwly worth going in to eat.
