He goes above and beyond and has always been on time and great service. I highly recommend them. They are great and the prices are very good on top of the great service.

Extremely poor customer service. Forklift was leaking oil from the hydraulics and it took them a week to get it fixed due to a factory default. Not to mention convincing them that this wasnt water. This was a brand new forklift purchased. My warehouse floor was slippery all over and no one had the courtesy to call me and inform me of a missed appointment. Called and spoke to the owner about this and he didn’t apologise and in fact spoke back with a rude tone. Some customer service.
Buy their forklift if you want to be stuck with very poor after sales service.
Heavily disappointed.
